George has extensive experience in lobbying Congress in areas such as community and economic development, foreign direct investment and international trade issues, public appropriations and finance, government and defense contracting and procurement, government oversight, transportation, business regulation, environmental matters, tax incentives, and small business issues. In 2013, George Harris became a member of the United States Court of International Trade.
